Tight Lines is a quiet, emotional drama about grief, resentment and the possibility of moving on.
I played Geoffrey who is struggling to come to terms with the death of his wife, Clara. Tensions surface when he is forced to spend time with Shaun (Bertie Scott), a younger man Clara had adopted - someone Geoffrey had only ever accepted begrudgingly.
In her dying wishes, Clara asked Shaun to look after Geoffrey and help him move forward, setting the two men on an inevitable collision course.
Written, filmed and produced by students from the University of London, Tight Lines was shot over four days in the windswept landscape of Dungeness on the Kent coast, whose stark beauty provides the perfect backdrop to this intimate story.
